Collis Consultancy ("we," "us," or "our") operates Markup Manager. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: When you sign up we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.
Business data from Square: When you connect your Square account we receive read access to your order history, payment history, catalog items and prices, and merchant profile. This data is used exclusively to generate pricing recommendations for your business.
Usage data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Service (pages visited, features used, errors encountered) to improve the product. This data is not sold or shared with third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or business data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure — you use the Service at your own risk.
Your Square credentials are never stored by Markup Manager. We store only the OAuth access token issued by Square, which is used solely to fetch the data described above. You can revoke this access at any time from your Preferences page or directly from your Square Developer dashboard.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and associated business data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at hello@markupmanager.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in while you use the Service. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
