To use Markup Manager you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@markupmanager.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service connects to your Square account to read sales, order, and catalog data. By connecting Square, you authorize Markup Manager to access the data necessary to generate pricing recommendations. We will never use your Square data for any purpose outside of providing the Service to you. You may disconnect Square at any time from your Preferences page.
Price recommendations generated by Markup Manager are based on your historical sales data and statistical models. They are provided for informational purposes only. You retain full responsibility for all pricing decisions made for your business. We make no guarantee of specific profit, revenue, or sales outcomes.
Markup Manager is offered on a subscription basis. Billing terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
All software, models, designs, and content provided through the Service are owned by Collis Consultancy. You retain ownership of your business data. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendations will achieve particular business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collis Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or business interruption.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
